1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the mag888 website and any services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered. mag888's continued operation of your account following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 3. Account Registration & KYC

To access wagering services on the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agree to update it promptly should any detail change.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

mag888 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

You must notify mag888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the mag888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mag888 does not impose currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which mag888 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) anti-money laundering review where applicable. mag888 targets withdrawal processing within 45 minutes for eWallet methods and 1–4 business hours for bank transfer methods, though these are indicative timescales and not guaranteed service levels. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

mag888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the point of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated per promotion.
• Bonuses apply to eligible games only; wagering on excluded games will not count toward meeting requirements.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date; uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mag888 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Opening more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime using the Platform;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of organised cheating in games or sports wagering;

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in the user's jurisdiction.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

mag888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold any funds therein pending investigation, where mag888 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for any prohibited activity described in Clause 8;
• There is suspected money laundering, fraud, or identity misrepresentation; or
• Continued operation of the account would breach mag888's licensing obligations.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that are not the proceeds of prohibited activity will be returned through a verification process at mag888's discretion.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting mag888 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding settled winnings and eligible funds will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the mag888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of mag888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of mag888 or the relevant rights holder.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mag888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

mag888's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mag888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Game outcomes are subject to mathematical probabilities and mag888 makes no warranty as to the results of any wager.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mag888 holds its primary international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
